Refunds and cancellation

Cancel from Settings → Billing before your next renewal. Service remains active until the end of the paid term. Monthly renews monthly; annual is paid upfront for twelve months and renews annually. A backfill quarter is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for unused subscription time or completed backfill. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law, including applicable withdrawal rights, billing errors and services not supplied as agreed. Starting a sync or using a free trial does not by itself waive statutory rights.

When paid access ends, you can still view saved documents, download originals and export existing records, including purchased backfill. New processing and syncing stop. Cancelling is separate from deleting your account; retention follows our privacy policy.

Email your account address, charge date and reason to support@factivo.ai. Do not include full card details. We review requests against the contract and applicable rights.
